Manufacturing Overview
Pre-Fab/Fab
CPC Engineering detailed AutoCAD drawings are used by seasoned operators to produce parts and sub-assemblies with CNC shears and press brakes having a thickness capacity of 1/2 inch and a width of 12 feet. Our automated oxy fuel plasma system has a table capacity of 13 feet by 8.5 feet and is capable of cutting material up to 6 inches within the tightest of tolerances.
Welding
CPC’s ASME section IX qualified welders have proven experience with GTAW & GMAW welding processes in all positions. Material types that we typically work on are:
- Carbon Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Aluminum Sheet
- Plate and Structural Materials
Paint
CPC’s heated and filtered JBI commercial paint booth, measuring 55′ long, 40′ wide, and 16′ high, does not limit throughput in any way. Our painters are trained and accomplished with HVLP, Airless, and Electrostatic spray systems. Customers can choose protective coatings of any type, in a full array of colors. Some of the most typical applications are:
- Alkyd Enamel
- Urethane
- Epoxy
